Setup Charge
Due to our wide variety of sizes and colors, heat transfers and dye sublimation services are quoted per job. You can email your pdf or jpg art to rcorn@harcoprinting.com and get an exact quote. 

Payment/Credit Terms
Harco Printing accepts company checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. No CODs are accepted, and there is a $25 fee for all returned checks. First-time customers are prepay only, and we reserve the right to hold orders from customers whose accounts have become delinquent until all past due balances have been paid. After credit approval, we provide Net 30 credit options for rated accounts.

Receiving Art
We accept electronic art for your dye sublimation or heat transfers via CD, DVD, and e-mail. We also offer FTP access. Files need to be 300 DPI and can be created as PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, or CDR (we prefer PDF).

Shipping Information
Our standard shipping method at Harco Printing is UPS^® ground. Overnight services via UPS or FedEx^® are also available, as well as palletizing for truck shipments. These shipments will be billed to your account with an additional $15 per pallet for stacking and shrink-wrap. Shortages, filling errors, and other claims must be made in writing within 30 days. After 30 days, we will consider the invoice undisputed and payment due in full.
